  • Carrots (Daucus carota) are horticultural plants in Indonesia. Carrots store carbohydrates needed by the body. Carrots usually grows on highlands. The amount of carrot production per year makes the fruit requires a good supply chain management. Supply chain management is managing the flow of information, products and services from producers to supply chain institutions, and consumers. Supply chain management is always related to the marketing channel. The marketing channel consists of organizations within the company and outside the company consisting of agents, dealers, wholesalers, and retailers, through a commodity marketed service products. Supply chain management greatly influences the marketing channel, if an institution has good management, it will be more efficient in marketing. The objectives of this study are: (1) Analyzing the flow of carrot vegetable products in Tawangsari Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency (2) Analyzing financial flows in Tawangsari Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency. The type of research used is descriptive with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of the analysis show that there are 2 marketing channels, namely 1. farmers → reseller→ traders → retailers → consumers 2. farmers → reseller → retailers → consumers. Prices from farmers are determined by reseller then from reseller, traders and retailers bid prices or negotiate so prices are appropriate. The payment system commonly used by marketing institutions is to use cash and pay off directly. Channel 2 is more efficient than channel 1 where the pattern marketing margin 2 (5,114.04) is smaller than the pattern marketing margin 1 (6090.91) and also pattern 2 channel has a short market chain.
