- This study was aimed to determine the effect of return on assets, current ratio, and trading volume of shares towards return shares. In this study a multiple linear analysis regression model was utilized. In this study, the consumption industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) were employed as the population. There were 36 selected manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector in 2017-2018 by means of purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicated that return on assets had no effect on return stocks, the current ratio has a positive effect on return shares, and stock trading volume has no effect on return shares.
