- This study aims to analyze labor absorption in the tile industry in Kalibagor Village, Situbondo Subdistrict, Situbondo Regency by testing partially or simultaneously. This study uses primary data through direct interviews with 65 tile industry entrepreneurs in Kalibagor Village. By using a quantitative analyze, and for testing hypotheses using the help of eviews version 9.0. Based on the calculation results using eviews 9.0 which shows that (X1) the capital variable has a positive effect and is significant on labor absorption with a value of prob 0.0124 <0.05. the sales receipt variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption with a prob value of 0.000 <0.05. and capital variables and sales receipts together influence the absorption of labor with a t-statistic value of 228.0389 and a f-stat prob value of 0.000 <0.05.
