- This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and work environment on the perfomance of PT. Teknik Utama Mandiri of Tana Tidung Regency, kalimantan Utara, to test whether the work discipline and work environment of employees have a significant effect on employee perfomance. To test which variables have the most significant influence on employee perfomance, where the number of samples in this study were 73 people using the probability sampling technique of this study conducted by simple random sampling. Data collections is done by distributing questionnaires to employees who are respondents. Data processing uses validity tes, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple regression analysis, t test and f test.
