The aim of this study is to provide the description of leadership style, organizational culture, motivation of work, and performance of employee in the Karangploso’s village unit cooperative (KUD – Koperasi Unit Desa) in Malang. Other purposes of current study are to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation to employee performance in the Karangploso’s village unit cooperative. A population of 30 employees in such an instance responded to be a sample of the research. Then, the data were measured by using scale range and multiple linier regression analysis. The findings and its interpretations showed that there is a partial and simultaneous effect of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation on employee performance. The Independent variables contributed to the dependent variable in amount of 90%, which resulted in the remaining effect arising from other uncontrolled and uninvolved variables throughout this empirical study Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Of Motivation, And Performance Of Employee
