- In a proposal of project of, require to be performed by elegibility study with aim to to study the the proposal from all facet professionally, so that after accepted and executed can reach result of as planned. With existence of elegibility study, finally can be estimated benefit and advantage exist in project? Is the project competent woke up? How big mount risk to be accounted on developer if happened undesirable matter? In this study is required by equipment of data in expection of its workmanship can be done truly and is useful. To know totally of invesment which required in development of this project, is beforehand calculated by Analysis Cost Estimate and Expense (RAB), then continued with economic analysis to know storey level elegibility of it. Economic analysis which used to test to elegibility cover, Analysis of Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and Analysis of Sensitifitas. To support the the analysiss enhanced also analyse Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Pursuant to result of analysis calculation of Cost estimate and expense obtained by invesment value (cost) equal to Rp. 4.194.367.900,00. By relate at rate of interest 12% every year, obtained by result (Benefit) of advanced money, and bank realization equal to Rp. 4.881.306.644,00. so that obtained by value of BCR analysis at normal condition equal to 1,025, become project still competent to be done. While from analysis of sensitifitas, Project Of Development of Housing of Lecturer and this Employees still competent done at normal condition, however its sensitive invesment value to change fluctuate Invesment him that happened.
