- The purpose of this study is to study the effect of capital, labor, and raw materials on the batik industry in Sendangagung Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency and also to find out about which variables are needed to obtain profits. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used are primary data by conducting direct interviews and questionnaires on 28 batik artisans. The data technique used is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method, F test, t test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test. With that result, Capital is important positively towards the profits of the small batik industry in Sendangagung Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency with a significant level of 0,000. And workers do not support small-scale batik in Sendangagung Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency with a significance level of 0.4038. And the raw material influences the profitability of the small batik industry in Sendangagung Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency with a significant level of 0.0064.
