  • This study aims to describe the work supervision, work discipline, and employee performance, the effect of work supervision on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the simultaneous influence of work supervision and work discipline on employee performance, and which variables are more dominantly influential on the performance. The population in this study amounted to 39 employees in the tax and billing services section. The sampling technique in this study used the saturated sampling method that is by using the entire study population as the study sample. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. This research analysis tool uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that work supervision is in good category, work discipline in the high category, and employee performance in the high category. Work supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work supervision and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. Work supervision is more dominant in influencing employee performance
