  • This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Employee(survey at PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang). This study uses a survey method using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique, with 59 respondents. The analytical tool used is Scale range and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Organizational Commitment had a significant negative effect on employee turnover. This means that if organizational commitment which includes organizational identification, Job involment and organizational loyalty is higher, turnover itention the lower(2) Job Satisfaction has a significant negative effect on employee turnover itention. This means what if satisfaction at work, satisfaction on salary, satisfaction on promotion, satisfaction with colleagues is higher, the turnover intention will be lower.
