  • Background: The person who plays an important role for pregnant women is her husband. There is a lot of evidence that shows that women who are cared for and loved by their partners during pregnancy will show fewer physical emotional symptoms and early prevention can be done with regular ANC coverage. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between husband's support and ANC examination behavior at Dinoyo Public Health Center in Malang City.Method : This study uses non-experimental research with descriptive correlative with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling of third trimester pregnant women who are undergoing antenatal care at the Dinoyo Health Center who accidentally met with researchers in May 2019 at the Dinoyo Health Center in Malang City. The variables observed were husband's support with ANC examination behavior. Data were analyzed using Fisher's excat test with significant α = 0.05. Results: In this study showed that twenty-seven respondents (87%) who have high support, while for people who have low support were four respondents (13%). However, Examination to do ANC found twenty-nine respondents (94.%) did ANC test and two respondents (6%) did not even a ANC test. Fisher test showed that support was not related to the examination to take ANC tests on pregnant women, with the results of the data analysis obtained p value 0.245 (p> 0.05).Discussion: There is no relationship between husband's support and ANC behavior because the behavior of pregnant women doing ANC does not only come from husband support.
