- ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is: 1) to identify the factors behind murabahah financing problems in PT BPRS Bumi Rinjani Batu Cabang Junrejo. 2) to discredit implementation of monitoring and financing management problems in PT BPRS Bumi Rinjani Batu Cabang Junrejo. This kind of research is qualitative descriptive research, descriptive research is the study that is used to give a clearer picture of sosial situations. A qualitative approach is research that features data collection oe the reality of the matter based on disclosure. The conclusion reached: this study is aimed at finding clarity about the factors responsible for poor financing in the BPRS Bumi Rinjani Batu Cabang Junrejo. Studies show that treatments carried out in the BPRS Bumi Rinjani Batu Cabang Junrejo using a handler strategy called silaturahmi, intensive billing, rescheduling (extend the length of time), execution of collateral and auction, and the elimination of pidebtor
