- Home Industry Agronas Food Nutrition is an industry that produced potato chips in the area of Batu. On the floor production of the home industry Agronas Food nutrition is not yet there is an optimal flow of material that is marked by the production process alternating and must pass through other departments. This is because it only makes use of the room. Placement of facilities on the production floor will have a big influence on the cost of material shifting. Therefore, the layout of the facility is needed optimally according to production flow and material handling cost. Facilities that should be adjacent because of the flow of material also placed nearby. To change the layout of the production facility in the home industry Agronas Food Nutrition in this study used From To Chart method and Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) method to exchange a department that has restrictions close to The purpose of obtaining the proper layout of production facilities so that the production process can run optimally.
