- This study focuses on analyzing the public's perception of Wingi Idaman Hati Green Open Space’s existence before and after the revitalization implementation. The process of revitalization is done by the related institutions, namely Blitar Regency Enviromental Office. Location of research at Idaman Hati Green Open Space in Urip Sumoharjo Wlingi street, Beru Village, Wlingi District, Blitar Regency. This research uses the type of phenomenology research. Data collection in this study using observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research known that the revitalization process of Idaman Hati Green Open Space consists of several phases, namely: Preclection phase, construction phase, and post-construction phase. After the revitalization of Idaman Hati Green Open Space is utilized as an economic function, education function, meeting functions among communities or individuals, recreational facilities function, and health function. In conclusion, the public has a negative perception before it is revitalization because Idaman Hati Green Open Space is often misused by the person to perform deviant actions such as courtship and vice, but after revitalization, public have a positive perception because this Green Open Space has the facilities and infrastructures that support various community activities.
