  • This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of locus of control and job satisfaction of employees’ performance in Small Medium Enterprise of Lumbercraft, Junrejo Batu. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, the population in this study are Ipas members, amounting to 55 employees with a sample of 35 production employees with sampling techniques using a saturation sampling, data collection techniques carried out by interviews and questionnaires. The analytical tools of this study consists of a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done by using t test and f test. The results of the analysis stated that the locus of control has positive and significant effect on employees performance and the job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on employees performance. The locus of control and job satisfaction has positive and simultaneously effect on employees performance and the job satisfaction dominant effect on employees performance.
