- The goal of this reasearch is to test probability of financial distress to identifity it with Financial Leverage, Firm Growth, and Firm Size. This reasearch use three independent variables and a dependent variable. The independent variables that are used are Financial Leverage, Firm Growth, and Firm Size. Dependent variable used in this reasearch is Financial Distress. This reasearch uses 65 firm in subsector property and real estate as sample that recorded in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Reasearch testing tools that are used is binary logistic regression. Result of the test that Financial Leverage and Firm Growth have an effect of Financial Distress but Firm Size doesn’t has an effect of Financial Distress. The most variable that has an effect of financial distress is firm growth.
