- The construction of road is a main component in a housing development. An apropriate method planning will result in an efficient pavement. The pavement planning comprises two types of pavement, i.e. rigid pavement and flexible pavement. The flexible pavement used the component analysis method of SNI 03-1732-1989 and the rigid pavement used the planning method of cement and concrete of Pd T-14-2003. The rigid pavement used the concatenated concrete without bars and concatenated concrete with bars. The financial analysis used the minimum cost method. The thickness of the flexible pavement Laston 340 MS surface was 46,14 cm with total cost of IDR 533.040.304,64. The thickness of rigid pavement without bars consist of K-100 concrete grade for sub-grade was 27 cm with total cost of IDR 372.092.337,81. The thickness of rigid pavement with bars consist of sandstone C class sub-grade was 32 cm with total cost of IDR 404.974.578,48. The most efficient pavement viewed from the financial aspect was the rigid pavement without bars.
