- This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, company size and corporate governance on the value of companies in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018. The research sample was 42 with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques with secondary data. The data is taken in the form of data published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques used in this study used the classical test (normality test, heterokedosticity test, multicollinearity test), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (f test, t test). Based on the results of the study found that capital structure, profitability, company size affect the value of the company, while corporate governance does not affect the value of the company.
