- In Indonesia, there is no right and unlawful abuse of narcotics and illegal drug abuses in the region, it is possible to know that the impact of the drug is very dangerous. Research raises the problem of what is the cause of narcotic circulation, how the countermeasures of narcotic circulation and abuse have occurred, and how the role of the National Narcotics Agency in the prevention of circulation and Narcotic abuse. The study uses a sociological juridical approach, with primary data sources obtained from the field, with secondary data studying books, files, records, and data in related institutions concerning narcotics, as well as other supporting data. Research is done by data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, documentation and literature studies. Then the data obtained from the results of the research is analyzed in a qualitative descriptive. From the research cause the circulation is the factor of profit, economy, as well as demand from the user, abuse is caused by internal factors, as well as the outside factor of the environment. Advice, supervision and prevention should be emphasized to the child who is done by parents, family, and schools/educational institutions, and the efforts to eradicate and prevention of drug circulation and abuse by society and law Enforcement .
