- Covert prostitution is a social phenomenon that is always present and growing in every age. Sales Promotion Girl can get into the sex trade through various means, each having a relationship and relationships are different. They decided that they preferred prostitution compared to other jobs so that the Sales Promotion Girl had a hidden prostitution relationship. This study aims to understand the sales promotion of cigarette girls to covert prostitution. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive types. Descriptive is a research method that aims to describe in detail. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of determining subjects and informants in the subject of this study using the snowball sampling technique, the key informant in the subject of this research is cigarette Sales Promotion Girl 1, the first research subject of the researcher who can then connect with the research subjects to 2 and so on until they get saturated data . Data analysis techniques used are, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The theories used in this research are Erving Goffman's Dramaturgy Theory which leads to the front stage (back stage) and back stage (back stage). The results of this study indicate that the reason for a Sales Promotion cigarette girl to do a prostitution is marriage failure, economic needs, excessive lifestyle needs.
