- These research aims to describe reward, punishment and performance at PT. Mycotech Agro Asia and analyze the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance of production department in PT. Mycotech Agro Asia and for identifying the most dominant variables. The population of this study was 50 production employees, so that all samples were taken from the total population using the total sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially reward and punishmet had a positive effect on the performance at PT. Mycotech Agro Asia Ponorogo. Simultaneously also shows that reward and punishmet have a positive effect on the performance at PT. Mycotech Agro Asia Ponorogo. The determinant coefficient (R2 ) shows that the reward and punishmet variables give positive results to the company PT. Mycotech Agro Asia with a value of 87.9%, while the remaining 12.1% is influenced by other variables that affect employee performance outside the variables in the study.
