- This study discusses the Law of Indigenous inheritance of the Osing Tribe in the village of Olehsari Subdistrict of Glagah, Banyuwangi Regency where to find out the traditional inheritance system in the Osing tribe, the traditional inheritance system of the Osing Tribe, whatever assets belong to the inheritance of the Osing tribe and who can say as heir and heir. The method in this study the author uses a sociological juridical method, namely an approach to the problem by reviewing the rules that have been applied in the community as a positive law. The author also identifies unwritten laws, namely customary law that applies in the Osing tribal community of the village Olehsari Glagah District Banyuwangi Regency and this research was conducted by interviewing indigenous people and existing literature studies. The results of the study show that the traditional marriage system of the Osing Village of Olehsari Kecamatan Glagah, Banyuwangi Regency is customary of three kinds, first is ngleboni, secondly ankat-agkatan, the third is colongan, Pewaris in adat community osing, namely children who will be the main heir, only when they do not have children, then the inheritance will return to the top to the heir mother, if the heir does not leave the child and parents then the inheritance will be distributed sideways to uncle or aunt, and if the heir has no inheritance at all, then the inheritance will be taken over by the village whose purpose is the welfare of the community of the village of Olehsari.
