- This research is aimed to know the process of pressing a claim action and the effectiveness of active pressing claim by giving a letter of reprimand and enforced letter towards arrear disbursement tax in tax office pratama north malang during 2016-2019. The type of this research is descriptive research. The technique of collecting the data was by interview. The result of this research shows that the implementation of billing has been running systematically and the level of effectivenness of tax collection active overall can be said that is not effective. The factors are the lack of awareness and taxpayer compliance in paying the money tax on time.
