  • This study aimed to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable (Case Study: Marketing Division at PT. Adira Finance Pasuruan). This research is descriptive quantitative survey methods of data analysis techniques used path analysis to determine the influence either directly or indirectly. The research found that job satisfaction indirectly significant positive effect on employee performance through variable organiasional commitment to the employees of the marketing division of PT. Adira Finance Pasuruan. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study is that organizational commitment mediates the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, so companies can improve employee job satisfaction of the marketing division that builds organizational commitment of employees to the company and will improve the performance of employees in the marketing division of PT. Adira Finance Pasuruan.
