  • The purpose of this research is to describe performance, work discipline, and working, and analize the effect of work discipline on employees performance, the effect of working environment on employees performance, the effect of work discipline and work environment on employees performance , and also work environment variable that take effect the most on employees performance. The respondents are all employees. The total sample of this research is 41 employees and analyze tool that was used was scale range analysis and double linear regression. The result of scale range shows that employees performance, employees work discipline and work environment are include in moderate category. The analysis result shows that work discipline has partially significant effect on employees performance, analysis result of the effect of work environment on employees performance shows that works environmrnts has partially sifnificant effect on employees performance, and analysis result on the effect of work discipline and work environment have simultaneouse and significant effect on employees performance, and variable that take effect the most on employees performance is work environment. Suggestion in this research is that the company requires to enhance the employees performance, more firm in implementing the company’s regulation and it requires additional company’s regulation, and also improvement work environment , For the next researcher who interested to continue this research is expected to elaborate by using other variable.
