- Based on the need analysis conducted in SDN Merjosari 2 and SDN Pujon Kidul which elucidated similar media usage by using image media in explaining theme 7 the beauty of cultural diversity in my country subtheme 2 the beauty of cultural diversity in my country learning 3 material to understand the material for a task. However, this media usage was ineffective because the media still uses the gem media lessons. Therefore, the school needs a media that can help the student in the learning process which one of the media that capable in helping the student was Diversity Suitcase media in theme 7 the beauty of cultural diversity in my country subtheme 2 the beauty of cultural diversity in my country learning 3. This research aimed to describe the product development of Diversity Suitcase media in Elementary School. ADDIE model development was employed in this study which consisted of five steps, namely analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research was conducted in SDN Merjosari 2 with 38 students and SDN PujonKidul with 34 students in July 2019. The data collection technique was using observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation, while the data analysis technique was using descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative data analysis. The finding indicated that (1) The appropriateness based on the material expert presentation showed 93% and media expert with 87%. (2) The attractiveness based on the results of the questionnaire response illustrated that in SDN Merjosari 2, it showed the results of the student and teacher response questionnaires with 95% and 94%, while in SDN PujonKidul showed 94% and 94%. (3) The results of the trial of Diversity Suitcase media in SDN Merjosari 2 get an average score of 91 with a percentage of 91%, while in SDN PujonKidul get an average score of 92 with a percentage of 92%. Hence, based on the research finding, it can be concluded that Diversity Suitcase media is very suitable to be implemented in the learning process and this media can also be used in more than one school with the same needs analysis.
