How efficient production system implemented hardly having an effect on to the company performance. Approach which applicable to overcome un-efficiency problem or extravagance happened in system produce of a company is Lean Production. Lean production is systematic approach to identify and looks for waste cause for then to minimize or the elimination. Research which will be done aim to minimize waste at type children shoe production process 6051 by using approach of Lean production. Initial step to get image of whole stream company is applied big picture mapping. From result of wight waste based on kuisioner as well as historical data then is done election of tool detailed mapping as according to type waste having highest ranking applies Value Stream Mapping (VALSAT). After done mapping in detail hence can be done analysis cause of then is recommendation and repair planning for company to can increase efficiency from process of type children shoe 6051.
