- The goals of this experiment that titled “Pengaruh Penerapan Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah Terhadap Kemampuan Penalaran Matematis siswa”are to know the effect of Problem BasedLearning toward mathematic reasoning ability of students. The subject of this experiment are the students that in 8thgrade class E in Junior High School 1 Gandusari.8th grade class E has 30 students. This experiment use two kinds of test to get measuring data, thats are scholastic test and material ability test. Scholastic test used as students mathematicsreasoning test in general that did as pretest and posttest, but material ability test used as measuring students reasoning ability test toward material of learn that did after learning activity. This experiment use quantitative approach with qusi experimental as kind of experiment. Paired Sample T-Test used to measure different of pretest and posttest at scholastic test that give sign there are or not the effects Problem Based Learning toward students mathematic reasoning ability. Material ability test analyzed every question to know reasoning activity that students did when they did material ability test.
