- This study aims to determine the level of efficiency of Fish Crackers Home Industry in Srowo Village, Sidayu District, Gresik Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data using the census method in determining the respondents who number 58 producers of fish crackers in Srowo Village. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative method to determine the general description of fish cracker home industry business and quantitative methods used to determine income analysis, analysis of business efficiency R / C Ratio (Return Cost Ratio) and analysis of Break Even Point (BEP) fish cracker home industry in the village Srowo. The results of the study show that the fish cracker home industry in Srowo Village is efficient, profitable and feasible. On average, fish cracker producers in Srowo Village get a net income of Rp 3.189.786 in one month. The value of business efficiency R / C Ratio is 1,12 > 1. The BEP value on the basis of the unit is 64,284 kg and BEP for sales in rupiah is Rp 1.607.127 in one month.
