- This study discusses the Accounting Information System for the Acceptance and Expenditure of Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah (ZIS) at LAZISMU Malang City. This research focuses on cash receipts and cash distribution, not including donated goods, groceries, or other items which are also ZIS receipts and distribution. This research was written to explain the accounting information systems for cash receipts and cash distribution implemented at the Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq and Shadaqah Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU) Malang City. This research is the field research using data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that there were still problems at LAZISMU Malang in the form of human resources and accounting information systems that were not good and still needed to be improved. Shown by the absence of the cashier's division as a depositor of cash in cash receipts, which is combined with amil's division. In the cash distribution document also there is no serial number in the cash distribution form, it is necessary to add the serial number printed in the cash distribution form. However LAZISMU's financial reports are good because, the financial reports have been prepared and made by the financial department and have been verified by the supervisor. To increase transparency, financial reports are also published on time in each period at the Mata Hati LAZISMU Tabloid by the media division after obtaining authorization from the chairman.
