Industrial Management</subject><description>Human Resources (HR) is a very influential factor in an organization. Quality of human resources can be influenced by various things, such as organizational culture and internal integration. Besides the development of the era, competition between organizations is getting stronger. For this reason, researchers propose research that aims to test and analyze the influence of organizational culture and internal integration on organizational performance in Guest Houses in Malang City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample used was Guest House employees with 34 respondents. This research method uses questionnaires as research instruments with saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique use the scale range and multiple linear regression.
