Parties competitors will always try with all his strength to meet consumer desires, they tried to make their products superior to competitors' products. This competition is growing its impact is felt by Dhiana Kali Ampo. Dhiana Kali Ampo is a company engaged in the manufacture Batako. The Company recently Dhiana Kali Ampo decreased demand, this is one of the reasons is produced by the Dhiana Kali Ampo only one kind of product, compared to the factory - another Batako factories that produce various kinds of Batako. &#xD; Work done is to develop products using Value Engineering, in this study are expected later Batako Value and yield had a higher performance than previous products (early) and be able to compete with products other Batako, by indulging consumer tastes increasingly critical in choosing a Batako. &#xD; Alternative design was chosen from the results of an evaluation matrix that is 146 Alternative. &#xD; Result = 48.2 initial performance calculation, performance calculation result of the proposal = 51.09, percentage increase from the beginning to the performance of the proposed performance = 5.9%.
