This study is a survey research with the title "The influence of motivation EMPLOYEES WORKING ON ACHIEVEMENT PT. KUSUMA SATRIA DINASASRI WISATAJAYA Division agro STONE, MALANG ". Research goal is to find out the motivation, to learn about the achievements of employees, to find out sejauhmana influence on achievement motivation of employees, to find out the most dominant variable between the needs of existence, the relationship needs and growth needs of the achievements of employees at PT Satria Kusuma Dinasasri Wisatajaya Division agro Batu, Malang. Analysis tool used in this research is the range scale, likert scale, linier berganda regression, while using a hypothetical test to test and F test t. From the results of the research shows that the motivation on the PT. Satria Kusuma Dinasasri Wisatajaya Division Agrowisata Batu, Malang, including in the high category. This is evidenced from the average score of the variable needs of the existence of (X1) of 189, the demand relationship (X2) of 192, the needs of growth (X3) of 198, while the achievement employees working on the PT. Satria Kusuma Dinasasri Wisatajaya Division Agrowisata Batu, Malang in the category that is very high with a value score of 210 variables. Results linier berganda regression with the variable needs of the existence of (X1), the demand relationship (X2), the needs of growth (X3) as free variables, and achievement working as a bound variable is: Y = 8855 + 0.426X 1 + 0.350X 2 + 0.251X 3 + e. With the value of R 2 of 0716. from the test results obtained F F calculated value of 36,640 with significance (p) of 0000, so that Ho refused. This means that the motivation simultaneously significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Satria Kusuma Dinasasri Wisatajaya Division Agrowisata Batu, Malang. From the results of the test t obtained value t count the needs of the existence of (X1) of 0426, the demand relationship (X2) of 0350, demand growth (X3) of 0251. hasi from the t test can be seen that the effect of partial motivation for the achievement of significant employee PT. Satria Kusuma Dinasasri Wisatajaya Division Agrowisata Batu, Malang.
