- This study aims to determine the effect of Government Education and Health Sector Expenditures, and Capital Expenditures on the Human Development Index in the Regency/City of East Nusa Tenggara Province. The tool used in this study is panel data regression by testing hypotheses, namely F Test, t Test, and Determination Coefficient R^2. The results of this study indicate that jointly Government Education Distribution Sector, Health Sector Government Expenditures, and Capital Expenditures have an effect on the Human Development Index in the Regency/City of East Nusa Tenggara Province, with a probability value of 0,0000. Individually the Education Sector Government Expenditures positive and significantly affect the Human Development Index with a coefficient of 0,047287 and a probability value of 0,0285. Health Sector Government Expenditures have a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index with a coefficient of 0,231354 with a probability value of 0,0196. The Capital Expenditure variable has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index with a coefficient of 2,583450 and a probability value of 0,0000.
