- Research The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effect of health sector government expenditure, GRDP (on the basis of constant prices) and the level of poverty on the district / city human development index in East Java Province. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, data collection in this researcher is by using multiple linear regression methods. The data used is in the form of panel data. While individually Health Sector Government Expenditures have a positive and significant effect, GRDP has a positive and not significant effect and the Poverty Level has a negative and significant effect on the Human Development Index. The results obtained from this study include health sector government expenditures, GRDP (on the basis of constant prices) and poverty levels simultaneously have a significant effect on the Human Development Index in the Regency / City of East Java Province.
