- In fact, low of activity and responses from the students in the fifth grade of SDN III Tirtobinangun sub-district Patianrowo, district Nganjuk, caused by the teaching creativity which conducted by the teacher is less attractive and lack of learning media that was used in learning process and also there is no urge to make the media. Students find it difficult in understanding the concept of learning in Science class with Simple Plane Material. Besides, there is no the real 3-dimensional shape media which can be tampered by the students, it is needed to do the 3-dimensional media development which is tuas bidang miring media (tubring). The aim of this research is to analyze: (1) The Advisability of Tuas Bidang miring Media in Science Class with Simple Plane Material in fifth grade as Elementary School, and (2) The Practicality of Tuas Bidang miring Media in Science Class with Simple Plane Material in fifth grade as Elementary School. This reasearch is a development research which was using reearch method and development of ASSURE. The data sources in this research are learning media expert, material expert, classroom teacher, and fifth grade students of SDN III Tirtobinangun sub-district Patianrowo, district Nganjuk which there are 20 students. This research was carried out on March 2019. The result of this research shown the implementation (1) the advisability of Tuas Bidang Miring Media (Tubring) which is obtained from the media expert validity with percentage of 86% states it is very feasible, otherwise material expert validity shown with percentage of 86.5% states it is very feasible, (2) the practicality of Tuas Bidang Miring Media (Tubring) obtained from the evaluation of students’ questionnaire with percentage 91.5% states it is very practical to use, whereas the evaluation of teachers’ questionnaire with percentage 97.7% states it is very practical to use. The result of this research shown that, Tuas Bidang Miring (Tubing) Media is very feasible and practical to be implemented in teaching learning process in class, next, the result of this research can be used to test the effectiveness in the success of leaning process.
