  • Research The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effect of Education Levels, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and Minimum Wages on Labor Absorption of Industrial Regencies of Regency / City in East Java Province. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The tool used in this study is panel data regression by testing the hypothesis, namely F test, t test, coefficient of determination R2. The results of this study indicate that together the Education Level, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and Minimum Wage affect the Absorption of Industrial Workforce in Regency / City in East Java Province, with a probability value of 0.0000. While individually the Education Level has a negative and significant effect, with a regression coefficient of -312.2822 and a probability value of 0.0039. Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) has a positive and significant effect, with a regression coefficient of 0.765207 and a probability value of 0.0000. The minimum wage is positive and not significant with a regression coefficient of 0.123469 and a probability value of 0.3732.
