- This research is a descriptive research at PT Gudang Garam, Tbk Kediri with title " Analysis Working Capital at Company Of Cigarette of PT Gudang Garam, Tbk Kediri ". This Research target is to know how execution of management and operation of working capital at PT Gudang Garam, Tbk Kediri. Analyzer used to know working capital at PT Gudang Garam, Tbk Kediri, Tbk Kediri period 2002 - 2006 is method rotation of working capital. This research result is known at PT Gudang Garam, Tbk Kediri year 2002 until 2004 not optimal, because of existence of excess of obtained fund insuffiency and fund is company causing the calculation is same real working capital of optimal working capital by calculation disagree with real working capital. Pursuant to analysis comparison of requirement of real working capital with optimal working capital experience of degradation and increase per annum him, so that with excess of fund insuffiency and fund to close over company's finance hence expressed by company not optimal. Pursuant to conclusion, can isn't it that company of PT Gudang Garam, Tbk Kediri have to earn to improve receivable because receivable is one of the big working capital component in number, so that monetary performances of PT Gudang Garam, Tbk Kediri earn correct and better - correctness executed in an optimal fashion.
