- This study aims to prove employee compensation, exchange rate, and tax effect on transfer pricing. This study used a multinational company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 with a purposive sampling method which obtained 41 companies sample. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression models. The results showed that employee compensation, exchange rates, and taxes affected transfer pricing.
