- According to the needs analysis conducted at SDN Mojolangu 3 Malang and SD Muhammadiyah 4 Batu, it was found that the use of learning media in the elementary school was not maximal. The media used by the teacher are pictures and videos, this results being students less enthusiastic in learning. So needed media that can facilitate students in learning. One of the media can be develop is NOKLIR media (Water Cycle Monopoly) in subtema 1 “Human and Environtmen” learning 2. The purpose of this research was to describe the development of NOKLIR media products (Water Cycle Monopoly) in elementary school. This research used ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, is Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. This research conducted in SDN Mojolangu 3 Malang with 38 students and SD Muhammadiyah 4 Batu with 33 students. This research conducted in March 2019. The technique of collecting data used observation, interviews, questionnares, dan documentation. Techniques data analysis used qualitative descriptive data analysis and quantitative data analysis. After researchers conducted NOKLIR media development throught the validation of material experts, media experts, and learning experts the results that media could be tested without revision. Results of the research NOKLIR media development that is (1) Validity based on the percentage of material expert 91,66%. Percentage from media experts 86,36%. Percentage from learning experts 94,64%. (2) Interesting based the results of questionnaire response, in SDN Mojolangu 3 Malang the results of students and teacher questionnaires response get a percentage 97,36% and 92,5% in SD Muhammadiyah 4 Batu the results of students and teacher questionnaires response get a percentage 88,48% and 95%. (3) The effectiveness of media based on the assessment results, and the results of observations using the media. In SDN Mojolangu 3 Malang the results of pretest-posttest assessment get an average 56,18 and 81,18, attitude assessment get an average 97,15, and skills assessment get an average 87,13 and the observation results get a percentage 85,71%. In SD Muhammadiyah 4 Batu the results of pretest-posttest assessment get an average 56,96 dan 78,18, attitude assessment get an average 89,9, and skills assessment get an average 84,76 and the observation results get a percentage 78,57%. Based on the results can be concluded that NOKLIR media is very worth for use in the learing process.
