  • The fact character education has been applied in scouting extracurricular on Primary School 2 Mojolangu Malang. Scoutmaster have knowledge about scouting is well, but in the implementation is difficulty, because scoutmaster is limited. The school already has facilities and infrastructure to implementation scouting extracurricular, although in there some equipment not available yet, so need to analyze of character education in scouting extracurricular. The study aims to analyze: (1) Implementation character education in scouting extracurricular raiser category on student Primary School 2 Mojolangu Malang, and (2) Character is seen of character education in scouting extracurricular raiser category on student Primary School 2 Mojolangu Malang. This study uses descriptive research qualitative research. The sources of this study were scoutmaster, responsible person of extracurricular, head master, teacher, and student from raiser category in Primary School 2 Mojolangu 2 Malang, with total 77 children, divided into 38 children from 4th grade and 39 children from 5th grade. The research was held on May 24th till June 21st 2019. The results of this study that (1) Implementation character education in scouting extracurricular raiser category on student Primary School 2 Mojolangu Malang was held on Friday with so many activity and strategy. Detention in implementation are cost, weather and then facilities and infrastructure. The benefit can get from implementation scouting extracurricular are about knowledge and character education., (2) Character is seen of character education in scouting extracurricular raiser category on student Primary School 2 Mojolangu Malang about 5th main value of character education, it’s means religious, nationalism, mutual cooperation, integrity, and independence. The results of study hope the students can implementation character education in daily activity. The next result can use this result as reference for make a research about character education.
