- The purpose of this research is see how the influence of regional gross domestic product per capita , the minimum wage and investment on employment in the province of indonesia of 2010-2016 by comparing process and 33 data provinces in indonesia .Methods in use in penelitan this is quantitative , by using the method data analysis panel to know the relationship between variables .Based on analysis that has been done shows that regional gross domestic product per capita it has some positive effects significantly to employment in the province of indonesia with 0.022334 , in which every single rose 1 % regional gross domestic product per capita will likely followed by an increase in the employment of 0.02 % . The minimum wage it has some positive effects significantly to employment in the province of indonesia with 0.060379 , in which every single the minimum wage 1 % will likely followed by a reduction the employment of 0.06 % and Investment have had a positive impact significant impact on employment in the province of indonesia is 0.012702 , which every 1 percent increase investment will tend to followed by an increase in employment of 0.01 %
