- This study aims to determine whether the Human Development Index, Gross Regional Domestic Product and the Open Unemployment Rate Against the Proverty Level in Madura Island. Where the analysis tool used is panel data regression with testing hypotheses, namely as: F Test, T Test and Determination Coeficient R2. The results showed that the Human Development Index had a significant negative effect where the coefficient as -0.728455 with a probability value of 0.0006, Gross Regional Domestict Product had a significant negative effect where the coefficient value was -17.79027 with a probability value 0.0000 and the Open Unemployment Rate had a significant positive effect 0.686513 wuth a probability value of 0.0091 against the Poverty Level on Madura Island.
