Around 15 million people experience strokes every year in all parts of the world. The purpose of writing this report is to get an overview of the nursing process in patients with CVA. This research is a form of nursing care report on Tn. J with CVA treated in Room 22 of RSSA Surgery, from the nursing process carried out, it was found that the priority diagnosis was acute pain associated with biological injury agents, the intervention was relaxation of deep breathing to reduce the pain experienced.
