- Indonesia is the seventh in the world with most people with diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus is itself a disease that is caused by lifestyle and unhealthy diet. Among them related to the consumption of foods high in fat, low in fiber, containing glucose, and rarely exercise. Diabetes mellitus must be addressed with proper treatment patterns, in order to minimize its impact. The purpose of this study is to determine how the image pattern Ny treatment. Y with Diabetes Mellitus. In this case the subject of research is diabetes mellitus patients aged 49 years of middle-income, less educated, and live jl. Top Piranha Lowokwaru District of Tunjungsekar Village, Malang which is densely populated pemukiaman. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive exposure, which is obtained from the case studies as well as interviews and observation approach. The results of this study illustrated through pharmacological therapy in the form of medical activities, and non-pharmacological form of diet and exercise. In this case, the subject of the study was considered quite disciplined in non-pharmacological therapies are characterized by eating fibrous foods and low in fat such as vegetable and potato, and a routine exercise in the form of a healthy way. However, the research subjects have not been disciplined in terms of therapy farmokologi characterized by the consumption of drugs prescribed by its own rules.
