- The globalization impact influences the information development, so an institution is demanded to be more sensitive of the information system changes that rapidly develops in order to reach the maximum, effective, and efficiency goal. Humas or Public Relation is a job has a duty of managing an information both for internal and external importance. The research entitled “Aktifitas Humas dalam Menyebarluaskan Informasi P4GN” has a formulation problem of How the Activity of Humas BNN Kabupaten Lumajang disseminating P4GN information in Lumajang regency is. The goal of this research is to know the activities of Humas BNN Kabupaten Lumajang in disseminating P4GN information in Lumajang regency. Dimock and Koening verify that public relation activity is : Having capable in implementing firm believe and ask the people to participate or join in conducting development program on social, politics, culture, and economics issues, moreover keeping the social stability and safety, taking care and defending the honest service and dedication of relevant government institution in conducting each duty and obligation, providing information to the people about people service, policy, and the aim will be gained by the institution in conducting the activities. Base on the carried out analysis, the conclusion is public relation has a prominent activity to assembly the accurate information before disseminating it to the people. The message to be delivered is the prominent goal of Humas Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Lumajang. That is about prevention, elimination, misappropriation, and narcotics illegal dissemination. The public relation uses recommended and effective prized media in conducting the program or the activities.
