- This study aimed to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment of employees’ performance in PT. PLN (Persero) UIP JBTB II Surabaya. This study used total sampling technique, with 78 respondents. The research data was obtained from questionnaires, observations and direct interviews with company’s employees. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing, namely F test (Simultaneous) and T test (Partial) in SPSS version 22 computer program. The results showed that work discipline variables had a significant effect on employees’ performance and There was a significant influence between work environment variables on employees’ performance. Simultaneously, work discipline and work environment had a significant effect on employees’ performance with a value Fcount was (16,180>0,05) so that the significant value was 0,000. In conclusion, work discipline and work environment had a Simultaneously influence on employees’ performance.
