- This research is study case at Moslem law mutual fund and conventional in PT Danareksa Fund Management with headline " Comparison Syariah Fund with Konvensional at PT Danareksa Fund Management". Purpose of this research is to know is better rate of return compared to conventional mutual fund and know is lower Syariah fund risk compared to conventional mutual fund at PT Danareksa Fund Management time line January up to December 2008. In this research writer applies quantitative analytical method with step as follows that is doing measurement of rate of return, market return, deviation standard and beta. Result of research during time line January up to December 2002 indicating that better rose mutual fund rate of return compared to Syariah. So also at market rate of return, better rose mutual fund compared to Syariah fund. And deviation standard of so same condition also the beta value. Based on conclusion is upper, implication writer can that is better if Syariah fund, fund manager and rose needed carefully again
