- This aim of this research is to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance consisting of the anual general meeting of shareholders, board of commissioners, board of directors and audit committee on financial performance in banking companies. This research is a causal research type that used population data from all banking companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with the 2015-2017 observation year. The sampling method applied purposive sampling and obtained data that passed the criteria to become a unit of analysis as many as 40 samples. This research is tested using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 23 program. Data tehchnique used in this research is documentation. The result shows that the anual general meeting of shareholders, the board of commissioners, the board of directors and the audit committee has significant affect to the financial performance.
