  • This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational behavior behavior (OCB) on Cafe Bukit Delight employees in Malang City. The population of this research is all Cafe employees with 32 employees using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using primary and secondary data . Data analysis techniques using a range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the job satisfaction scale range include enough categories . commitment of organizations lower category. O rganizational citizehnship behavior k enough category employees. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a partially significant effect on organizational behavior behavior . Job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational growth behavior . Suggestions for managers need to evaluate and more actively observe employee behavior, pay more attention to job satisfaction and organizational commitment .
