  • The regulation regarding the priority allocation for the use of village funds for 2018 has been issued by the Ministry of Ministerial Regulation Number 19 of 2017 clearly regulating the priority of village funds in 2018. The determination of priorities for the use of Village Funds has the aim as a guideline for the implementation of the authority and basis of the Regency / Regency Government Cities in planning the preparation of technical guidelines for the utilization of the Village Fund. This study aims to describe the process of planning, implementation, reporting, as well as accountability for village fund management and describe the factors that influence the implementation of Village Fund management in Duwet Krajan Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data on village fund management research were obtained from observations and interviews, while secondary data were obtained from Duwet Krajan village data and literature studies. Data analysis techniques through data collection, reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the planning, implementation, reporting, and accountability processes of village fund management in Duwet Krajan Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency in 2017 were in accordance with the technical guidelines set out in the applicable laws. Supporting factors that influence the management of the Village Fund are the active participation of the community in participating in facilities and infrastructure development activities. Whereas the inhibiting factor was the lack of human resources education of the Duwet Krajan village government apparatus as well as the Village Fund implementation team, the majority of whose final education was SLTP and SMA.
